28a - Gladiolas at the Eleventh Hour

This piece was my last painting I did in the Fairbanks house.  I painted this on Mother's Day and was going to call it mother's day, but we got the call that the house was sold on that day and it then became the Eleventh Hour to get started packing up the 11,000 square foot house I had just finished remodeling.  I set the clock at eleven and it became the theme. My career has been mostly about buying and selling houses, my art career has revolved around that endeavor. It takes a lifetime to achieve artistic excellence and to provide an income I have been remodeling homes along the way to create the income to support this expensive career.
