Thousand Oaks has a beautiful "God's Country" effect on most people, especially artists. I painted this small painting which received the Honorable Mention Award for excellence at the Annual Westlake Art Guild Show. It was a view I saw everyday taking my son to school, just off Lynn Ranch Road.
